Wednesday Mornings

10:00 a.m.  Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga - This class offers all the benefits of yoga while using the stability of a chair to help the student hold a pose longer and deeper without the worry of losing balance.  A great workout for any age, while also affording someone with limited mobility the benefits of yoga.

11:15 a.m.  Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga Gentle Yoga is practiced on a mat using restorative yoga poses for maximum flexibility.
